How do I send my documents for an estimate?

We recommend that you send your documents via email in order to facilitate and speed up the translation process. We accept a number of digital file formats which can be sent to info@solecuador.com

What types of documents can I send?

We accept the following types of documents: Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF, Quark Xpress, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Scan copy, etc.)

How much time will it take for my project to be translated?

As previously noted, each project is unique, and because of a number of factors there is no way to accurately generalize the length of time that translations will require.

However, the simplest way to determine the amount of time required to complete your translation project is to send us your Free Quote Estimate Request and allow one of our customer service representatives to go over your project and get back to you personally!

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, SOLEcuador Translation Services accepts payment through wire transfers (Western Union & MoneyGram) and business checks (local translation and interpreting services only). More info >>

Do you offer certified translation services?

Yes but only in Ecuador. SOLEcuador translation services offers comprehensive service for translation and certification of various documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, etc.

Will SOLEcuador keep my translation or interpreting project confidential?

Absolutely. SOLEcuador understands the importance of confidentiality in regards to your project, and will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards to make sure the content of your project remains private.

Do you offer interpreting services?

Yes. SOLEcuador offers high quality interpreting services in addition to our professional translation services. We offer Consecutive and Online/ Phone Interpreting Services as a convenient and cost effective alternative. More info >>

We can provide interpreting services for business conferences, interviews, evaluation projects, court and legal proceedings, technical and industrial development plans, over the phone, for any other situation which may arise.
