• Potential Sponsors must make a financial commitment towards helping a young girl continue with her studies and related expenses for a minimum of one year.
• The basic academic sponsorship contribution is of $40 USD per month.
• All financial pledges must be sent via Wire Transfer every 3 months.  Sponsors who wish to make a different arrangement must contact Lourdes Castro in advanced.
• Sponsors will receive performance and academic reports of sponsored youths every 60 days.
  
• All sponsors will receive a basic profile of sponsored youths including a photo, name, birth date, location, favorite school subjects, hobbies, and a short written statement (translated in English) by their sponsored youth.
• Sponsors traveling to Ecuador can arrange to meet sponsored youths. Keep in mind that all visits must be planned well in advanced and will be supervised by Lourdes Castro, SOLEcuador’s Academic Coordinator.
• Sponsors can receive a personalized letter from sponsored youths twice a year and can choose to write back.
